I think that sometimes we see only the first part of the question and it sounds interesting so we click on the link to find out the rest of the question. . When we get there and the question is stupid, we go ahead and answer because we are already there. That is what happens to me.

Put your question out again. I guess because people want to yell at the stupid people, and as for the smart people with sensable questions, well, they assume someone has already given a great long detailed answer that helped the person more than they could have.

same reason i ansered ur question...cos i was bored nd maybe cos ppl dont have no sense. i had a question on here that i didnt even care about and i had about 100 answers then when i was waiting 4 an answer on the important question,it didnt get answered! it mad me so mad!

because people dont just come here and go, oo ill help someone today so ill gfeel better about myself, they come out of pure boredum, and the funny questions can make you just a little less bored, i do agree with you though, it is kinda weird.
