It's a trick question!!! Sure the U.S. has more butter, but's it's also a lot larger than Egypt. So Egypt, even with less butter has a higher butter "density" or more butter per capita - and is thus more "butterfull"!

Well these days America uses less butter in preparing foods, so I would say Egypt is more butterfull.
