Well, you could ping the IP of the site,
For example Google.
Go to Start, Click Run and type in CMD.EXE
A window with white text and black screen will pop up.
Type in: ping google.com
The IP address ( http://64.233.167.99/ ) will pop up. Type the number for whatever website you want to go to in your address bar and see if it works.
To Exit Command Prompt, type in EXIT and hit enter.
Of course, if you're not supposed to be going around the firewall, then don't.
Hope this helps!

Are you sure it is a firewall that is blocking you and not internet explorer's privacy settings or even some sort of privacy service or parental control service? Firewalls can block URLS and content, but they werent specifically designed for that, instead they block traffic from getting onto your computer and from rogue traffic grom getting out (in the event a malware application got on to your system and is running). Check again and make certain it is the firewall.

In Internet Explorer, have you checked Tools, Internet Options, Privacy? See what your setting is. You may have it too high - depending on what you are trying to get into.
If you have Norton, open it and click on Options. Look around carefully. There is an option for "threat categories" and you might have a list of blocked sites.

Well First you ask your Dad if it is OK.
And if he lets you HE will unblock it for you.
Please stop asking this question.
To other people answering. He has asked this before because his Father has blocked the site My Space from him. I don't know what he did or necessarily agree with his Father, but It is up to his Father to decide this.
This is also an Illegal question.

You'll have to enter the firewall on your computer, and remove the site from it.
OR, you could go to http://www.proxyfoxy.com, and type in the site their and view it through the proxy.

Visit a couple of hack sites. Most computer hackers are eager to share thier knowledge. Especially if it involves circumventing security protocols.

Make an exception for that site, or take it off a list if it's on one.
