Assuming that there are no native English speakers near you to help learn the language, just participate in a private message board and let the other posters know that you'd like help with your English. There are bulletin boards for a variety of subjects, so finding one that interests you should be easy. This board is not the right place for it, though.

By the way, "aprimorate" is not a proper English word. It might be Portugeuse, but I don't know because I don't speak any.

I agree with your first answer however, try www.freedict.com. It contains 16 or 17 languages. Type in your words and get the english meaning. Using both online translations and actual chatting should help you immensely. Better yet get someone willing to e-mail you and help you get used to written english.
