No. They live off pollen so don't get hay fever. We live off food generally and have intolerances but with the wide variety of food we eat there is bound to be (sometimes) something we don't accept in our bodies. As I said, bees go for pollen so they would probably die uf they had an intolerance to it. It's just not nature.

They have an immunity to pollen. I wonder if honey can cure hay fever?
