The main cause of getting pimples is either constipation and for female it includes irregular periods also. Correct your eating habits and make sure you are not constipated. Wash your face many times a day if you have an oily face. Drink sufficient water. Mix equal quantity of sandalwood powder and turmeric powder in water to apply on face. Wash it after half an hour. Take care and be in good health.

You can use clearisil ultra acne cream. Just put it on over night and pimples are gone when you wake up. You can get it at walgreens for about $8 and at wal-mart for about $10. go here for a picture

i tend to wash my face with a soup called neutrogena / any soap which contains glycerin
or you could use tooth paste on the spots
the soap with glycerin really works
