Read the book How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
And stop spending all your points asking the same question over and over again. It's annoying.
Maybe that's what you need to work on. Stop annoying people.

You have some viable choices. You can change locations and make friends; you can make friends in the area you presently live in; or, you van get a dog.
There are groups that bring together people who are lonely. You should consider joining one. You can even meet and talk with people at a local church.
