Actually, its just called 'second hand smoke', as far as I know. And it would be hard to breath enough to register on a drug test unless you were in a car with all the windows rolled up or something.

A contact high is when you begin tripping just by being with someone who is on drugs... it does not involve any partaking of the drug, even accidentally

Yes, you can get high by being in and around pot smoke. It's called a contact high.

Yes, if you were around enough of it and inhaled enough of it, it CAN show up in a drug test administered within seven days of contact.

And yes, if you're wanting to "smell more of it," as you put it, then you run the risk of starting to smoke it and not stopping, so DON'T START!

And yes, peer pressure is natural, but can be very dangerous, especially if you have a co-dependent or addictive personality. You'd do well to NOT hang around these people any more if you're going to be that weak around them.

Some drug tests are very sensitive...I would make a habit of asking them to let you know so you can go outdoors while there is smoke in the room..no need on taking a chance. IF you are tested at work, how could you even think of smoking the stuff...it may be fun, but it is not worth a job and that going on your work record. Good luck

In the hippy days, this was called a "contact high." It works sort of like second-hand smoke for tobacco. Yes, you could have inhaled enough to get a tiny bit high and maybe it could show up on a drug test.

Depending on how much your friends smoked, the potency of the weed and the ventilation in the room, you might have enough in your system to fail a test. You can get high from it even if you didn't smoke it...it's called a contact buzz.

This is referred to as "contact high". The answer is YES you can get high. As for the drug test, it will probably show up, but they test for levels. I'm not certain if it will show up at a high enough level for you to be fired or not; usually if you weren't smoking it yourself (or in a very enclosed space with people who were), they can tell. You might tell them up front you were at a concert of something and you were around people who were smoking.

properly sure with the aid of fact the chemical components in the smoke is what reasons the nerve's to recommendations plug-ins to get replaced by using a sweetfeeling poison. once you're around pot-human beings who smoke, i could go away. that's purely no longer secure, guy.

no but you should not be wanting to hang around pot
if you continue to be around those friends you will definitely try the pot maybe even become addicted to it
you should try to stay clear of the pot
plus if you inhaled the pot the night before
on the first day you will not be your usuall self because your body would have inhaled something it is not accustomed to and it would be trying to digest and become normal for your brain to function normally
STAY CLEAR OF IT ESPECIALLY FOR THE FIRST DAY OF WORK
THEN TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM IT AS LONG AS YOU CAN ALSO

depends on how much they smoked, and for how long, and how closed in the area was. It is possible to get high from enough exposure of second hand smoke.

No. There is no way you can get a buzz from being near someone who is smoking marijuana. It's preposterous that some people believe you can actually get a "contact high" from this. If anything, it's just your imagination. That's all it is.
