Go down to your local library, and sit down with a pencil, some scatch paper, and the local newspaper.
Read the sports page, the comics, and then turn to the classified advertisements. Chuckle at the personals, and then look at the Help Wanted. Look for addresses close to your house (because if you have no money, you won't be able to commute very far), and go ask for a job.

If you already have a job, then either follow the directions above to find a better paying job, or cut back on things (like internet access, brand name apparel, etc.) that you can do without for a while.

OK ... first of all, lack of money is a temporary, minor inconvenience (I know it doesn't seem like it but it is). It may mean that you go hungry for a few days but do you have a place to sleep?

Second thing is, WHY do you have no money? Are you on benefits? Do you have a job but have spent your income for the month?
