on an episode of the parkers they decided to invite the real mothers of each actor/actress, i wanted to confirm that shannon tweed simmons and jenna von oy are mother daughter but i have not been able to find data to back me up.

No they're not.
Shannon lives with Gene Simmons of KISS (they are not married) and they have two children. She occasionally acts (and models) with her younger sister, Tracy Tweed.
She has two children with Gene Simmons - son, Nicholas (b. 1989), and a daughter Sophie (b. 1992).

No, they aren't mother/daughter... shannon tweed has two kids with Gene Simmons, but she's not one of them.
