my stomach has been upset for 2 days, i'm not sure what it is?

If your stomach is upset and you're not pregnant, maybe you got a light case of food poisoning, I've read an article in a magazine that said, a lot of upset stomach could be food posioning. Think of where and what you ate a couple days ago, then maybe you can pin it down. If it persist, go and see a doctor.

try to hold off all the acids and the starches for a while about 3 days then see if you still have the pains/upset stomach
if you still have them consult your doctor

relax and eat guava fruit. Cut down on your food intake to give proper rest to your stomach. Eat plenty of fruits and salad. Drink fruit juices and hot water. Eat light fruits like watermelon, muskmelon and cantaloupe. Eat carrots and cucumbers. Boil water by adding half tea- spoon each of coriander seeds and cumin seeds and drink hot. Go get you either some peppermint tea or peppermints (the candy). It really helps. Be sure to drink plenty of water so you don't dehydrate.

well you could be pregnant, or have the flu....im not sure withnot knowing your semptoms...my stomach has not felt good for 10 months...i don't know why yet....
