I've been feeling sick lately and I'm unsure why.. any ideas? I have headaches, sometimes feel like I'm going to vomit but I don't actually have to, my stomach aches, etc. Is this normal?

i've been feeling sick too.i been nauseated alot,i only threw up once that was awhile ago, headaches.i've got my cycle again.
you say you not having sex,so maybe your period is about to come on,you should pay attention to the signs.when you due for your period you should pay attention to what you be going through.
ex:craving sweets, headaches, your leg hurts, your lower abnominal hurts, your boobs are tender.
you could get your signs a week before its time for your cycle to come on,so pay attention to it so you will know,or you could be coming down with something.BUT YOU SHOULD STILL SEE A DOCTOR!!!!

As I so often repeat.. if you have headaches it is a symptom that suggests other things are taking place with the cranial nerves. The more severe the headache the more nerves of the autonomic nervous system become involved. You have mentioned only 2 of those nerves but there are probably more..They may involve the ears (ringing), balance, soreness of the scalp, .restricted deep breathing, palpatations, nervous tummy, elimination problems, the list continues.. indicating there is an inflamatory condition of the nerves themselves.
The soreness of the scalp involves another problem.. structure. This problem lies at the top of the list for the neurologic distress. It also brings problems on its own.. such as TMJ, curvature of the spine.. on and on.
Perhaps it is time for you to have an examination and evallulation to determine what is really going on in your body..
Headache is only a symptom, telling you something is wrong. That something can be masked by meds but they do nothing for the problem. When you have multiple symptoms, the problem has certainly progressed.

Maybe you have the flu. If you are sexually active, you may be pregnant. I would suggest seeing a doctor.
