I like this site. The index is a bit inflexible though, for example if you are muscular it might say you are overweight, and it says my 6 year old daughter is underweight even though every Dr. has told me she isn't and that she's fine. But it can still give you a general guideline and offers tips if you are over or underweight.

look up bmi on yahoo it'll tell u if ur average,underweight, or overweight
