Tina refers to methamphetamine. It's essentially really gross for any number of reasons. There's high correlations to risky sex and disease, it's REALLY friggin' addictive, and if nothing else it makes your teeth look really screwed up.

In Spanish if you spell it with capital "t" (Tina) is a person's name. If you spell it with lower case ("tina") then it means tub.
