Running because it gives me lots of time to think about whats going on in my life to clear my head. Its very theraputic. (I have no idea if that is spelled correctly).

Swimming. Very low impact exercise, and the resistance of water gives a more complete workout. But I'm 63, and would need exercise like this. You're probably younger, and would have other needs.

defently swimming cuz u can cool down in a swimming pool but on track ur stuck on HOT TAR owwww...i should know i was on the traack team and if the sun wuz burning bright it hurt to sit...plus on track u have to wear a TRACKSUIT and sure it looks comfy in the store but u won't want to own after u run once in it in swimming u don't have sweaty gear...and i'd say that swimming equietment is less.

definitely swimming..... much easier, and I find the benefits far outweigh running. You are gaining a good cardio workout, but is lower impact on your body, so injury is less likely.
