Pretty much any young female solo artist that came after Madonna, (especially those born in the 1980's) except for Christina Aguilera.
Madonna is not the best singer, she even said so herself, but no one alive in the music industry today will have a career that will top hers. That's why music journalists refer to Britney, Jessica, and the other fluffettes as Pop Princesses, in respect to the Queen of Pop who is, and should only be, Madonna.

madonna is an intelligent and very talented musician
if she did not know how to sing then why does her music sell so well and why do her concerts sell out
so quickly
she is a legend and always will be
i love the way she expresses herself and sexuality
everyone is so shocked by it but she is just doing what most of us wish we could be doing and instead of doing it behind a closed door she leaves the door open for everyone to see '

Paris Hilton is the most obvious one. I also think that Scott weiland from Velvet revolver cant sing. He has like maybe 2 or 3 decent songs, but i think hes crap.
