the paint on the shirt isn't the thick colored paint, it's thin, black paint.

I don't understand your question but I can tell you that bleach will take out anything but it will also weaken the fabric..So if u do it like beach on fabric u need not to keep it on long. If you bleach it and the shirt has other things on it well it will fade too...Whatever it is u need to put the beach just on it and wait 5 mins then rinse it out...Then wash it...Good luck

I doubt if the paint will turn white, but it will bleach the white shirt back to white.

My Theory:
Bleach would only cause white splotches. It would not cover the entire shirt.
