I have been in Phoenix for 4 years and I don't know of any... I think it's not part of the "lifestyle" here.

1. Super Saver at Superstition Springs Mall, I 60 and Power Road in Mesa
2. Tempe Cinema at 1825 E Elliot Road in Tempe
Tempe Cinema is much cleaner.

I know one its called discount cinema. My parents take me There all the time. it's on 27th ave. on bell road if you don't see it from the road its by a hometown buffet.
