i clean the plug it will run for about 10 seconds then it will foul the plug i loaned it to my brother the other day hasn't ran right after that.it also has a fresh top-end and rebiult carb im runing a 380 jet in indainapolis as thought to what might be wrong?

Put a new plug in it. Your brother probably rode the bike too easy and fouled it. Merely cleaning the plug will not fix it. You have to buy a new one.

No amount of cleaning will make a fouled plug work right. Buy a new one and go from there
