One, and I'm always losing it!! I collect sea shells, and I have thousands. Some rare, some for crafts. You should see the shell crusted mirror I made for my bathroom. Beautiful!! How about I trade you some sea shells for some lighters? That way, I'll always have one when I need it!
Just kidding, of course.

My son does. Its a cool hobby. Whenever I go to a party store and find a unique lighter, I buy one for him. These also make great conversation pieces, So be sure to display your lighters and remember the story behind them...

I dont collect lighters but I think you should check antique shops...they will have pretty awesome lighters...some that were once very expensive and hard to find today.

I don't have 500, but I do have a few unique ones, a hand that turned sideways is a dove (the light comes out of the index finger), ones that look like saws, cell phones, juke boxes, fish, and tools. And my favorite is one that looks like a turtle.

do you have a lighter that is shaped like a grenade. My roommate has one though it no longer works. She got it from her stepdad. It still sparks though. It is fun to freak people out.
