I had this done myself and it came up correct. Only they used a needle and thread. It came up a miscarriage (girl) and then two boys. Which is exactly correct. I also witnessed this done on several people. I would have to say it is correct.

Okay I agree with Mr Inquisitive on this one you can believe If you want its your right or you can think its utter nonesense.
Having first hand experience on this one I didn't believe but it all came true in the end and even for a friend of mine........ strange but true!!
I now have a wonderful little boy (oh and so does my friend!)...
guess the readers hand only swung side to side that day ;)

No you have it all wrong Its an old wives tale but its supposed to tell you wether your having a girl or boy you have to do it if your pregnant over your tummy and they way I did it is if it does a cirle motion its a girl and An straight line motion its a boy. It told me I was having a girl and Now I have a beautiful girl!

That's a superstition and a person has to be pretty gullible to believe in them. The only reason it has been right so far is pure coincidence.

well i've heard of holding a wedding band on a string over your stomach when you're pregnant to see if it's going to be a boy or a girl...but I've never heard of this.

If you believe it to be true, then it's true to you, but not necessarily to everybody else, so be careful what you believe, because it may wind up not being true when it's truly tested.
