No woman really 'needs' breast augmentation in my opinion.
There is, to me, a difference between clinical need and a desire to aesthetically change oneself.
Oh I expect their are a few who have a profound psychological need that suitable therapy has been unable to address and I also do not speak of post traumatic reconstructive surgery but I speak of the majority.
So No she does not 'need' it ...

I dont know who she is.If she is happy with her boobs however she is,then good on her.Ive had implants put in because mine shrunk after having my kids.It all depends how a woman feels about herself,and her confidence.

Small is good ,what she needs to do is stop wearing clothes that are too small for her shape and then she`ll be OK.
