Not really. That idea is overblown. HA! I made a funny.
OK, like I explain to people. Think of it this way. Tires and inner tubes. Black guys are like tires. White guys are like inner tubes. When you inflate a tire, it starts out pretty big and then it gets rigid, but only a little bigger. White guys, like inner tubes, start out small and flaccid but inflate to a much larger size and get hard. But it ends up about the same size as the tire. :) Not a lot of difference in size between the two. Black guys and white guys are not statistically significantly different in size when erect, but when not sexually aroused the white guy will shrivel up whereas the black guy doesn't shrink much. OK, folks, and there are millions of exceptions, I'm sure.
I don't know about Asian guys. I imagine they're pretty much like white guys. If you're really curious you can ask him how he feels about a h.j. or a b.j. and see for yourself. Then you can let me know.

There are slight discrepencies. From what I read, black men are the largest by a small margin and asian men are the smallest by a small margin.
