A 10% raise is $1.09, and a 5% raise is half of that, or 54.5 cents per hour (55 cents if they round it up). That would get you up to $11.64 per hour.

If you work an 8-hour shift, then you were getting $87.20 per day (less taxes), and now you're getting $91.56 ---$4.36 per day more (or maybe $4.40 if they round up).
