My friend Fred had a hole in the floor and used his feet to slow down. It will also double for an accelerator when you need a couple extra horses..The horn thing will not help with deaf people so go with the hole in the floor and start dragging your feet.

fix the brakes for it would save your life and the life of others and i wont not want to be in front of you until you get the car fixed.
