You can't take a pregnancy test right away after sex - you need to wait until your period is due or slightly after. If the test is showing negative after that but you still aren't getting your period, you should see a doctor.

Sometimes you don't have enough pregnancy hormone in your urine so the test comes back negative. I took a test even after i missed my period and it came back negative. A week later when i still haven't had my period i took another test and it came back positive. So they might not always work. Go to your doctor and have them do a test.

i took 4 for my daughter and they all came out neg but i took one a month and 1/2 later i was pos i went to my dr and i was 3 months
