My period was due last wednesday but I still haven't got it. I normally get massive period pains. yesterday while having sex, a brown almost black goo was in my vagina. It's almost gone this morning. Does anyone know what this could be? Has anyone experienced the same sort of thing? I toke a pregnancy test on friday but that came out neg, could I still be pregnant ?should I take another one soon?

The brown or almost black goo must a old blood nothing else can come out of you.You are saying that you wanna concieve so it's very possible that you could be in early stages of pregnancy.Last sunday I took a pregnancy test(and few even before around five days before my expected period and all those tests were negative even when they say they detect as early as 5 days before you expec.period.My period was due on tuesday and it came up positive and just two days before was negative so I would recommend to do a few more tests.With the brown discharge I don't think I can help you but when I was pregnant with my first one I have had brown discharge for about two to three weeks and it could be from a changing cervix due to pregnancy(ruptured blood vessels) but it could be something else.I hope I helped you little bit and honestly wish you pregnancy for you and your partner

Could be implatation bleeding. Wait another couple days and test again. If still negative--then call your DR, make an appt, tell the nurse your are late and brown/black goo is coming out and you would like a blood test. If they can't take you soon enough---call your GP.

It cold be that you bled a little after sex and it is dry blood. It can vary as to how long blood takes to turn a dark color. It could take minutes or days. Or, it could be implantation bleeding and that could be why you are getting - results on tests. You don't start producing hcg until after the implantation has started. Wait a couple days and test again.

I would recommend waiting a week and taking another pregnancy test. You may be too early to have an elevated HCG level. Good luck and baby dust to you (if that's what you're hoping for of course, didn't say you were trying).

i had brown discharge for 3 days when i was pregnant. home pg test did not work with either of my pregnancies. didnt find out til way later that i was pg..

That sounds real bad, I would not worry about it, it is probably his fermented goo!
