Where can I buy a go-kart under $175?

I have looked at Toys-R-Us> I am looking to buy a one seater with a roll bar over it.

If you find a go-kart for under $175, you're unbelievably lucky. A good starting price for a beat up, used one is $400 to $500. A pair of wheels and tires will cost over $100.
