you don't pay your bills , then your creditors ruin you for life at the credit bureau , then you get whacked with higher rates for insurance, rents, loans - if anybody would ever give you one -, and then you spend the rest of your life wondering why did I run those bills up .

how did you make the bills??? If they are credit card you should not use a credit card if you have no money. You have to be responsible.
