I have been having very bad cramps in my pelvis that feel like very very strong menstrual cramps. I have been taking Pamprin for a few days now and they only dull the pain whereas the used to eliminate the pain when my cycle is on. I've been having these pains for exactly a week today and I haven't started my period yet. I am getting worried and my husband thinks I should go to the ER, but I don't like to go there unless its an absolute emergency!! Any suggestions on what it could be or if I should go to the ER? ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLS!!!

Any unexplained pain like this and you should go to your Dr to get checked out.
You could have a gynaecological, bladder problem or even bowel problem. It would take a Dr to examine you and run a few tests to be sure!
Dont wait go and get checked out by your GP/Family Practitioner!

No, you should not go to the ER unless you develop a high fever and/or vomiting. You have the classic signs of both Irritable Bowel Syndrome AND Endometriosis. I would bet it's endometriosis. Make an appointment with your gynecologist.
