The Fender amp will also bring a better resale value when you want to upgrade and get rid of the little one. Line 6 is a good amp and great effects but loses its value after a couple of years. Fender always has had one of the best out there. I like tube amps myself and use Ampeg amps. Also use zoom 505 effects pedal. Love the Dimebag sound!!!

I would defintely go with Fender...I've tried them both and $ for $, the Fender one stood out as the better Amp! It's well worth spending the few dollars more and getting a better quality Amp!

You pay for the name (Fender),that's why you pay more. Line 6 will do the job - providing that you want no Fender.
