Well let's see...
Speed - Venom
Agility - Venom
Brains - Colossus
Brawn - Colossus
This will be a though fight but I guess Venom will triumph in the end, not by beating Colossus up since he practicly can't hurt him but since he can hide ing the dark, is quite strong himself and has spider webs. Venom would probably fool around with Colossus since I believe that he's quite stong, and then just trick him somehow and win. However, if Colossus gets a hold of Venom, he could prabably punch a whole through his chest and pull his heart out, but I don't think Venom will let that happen.

First off, what the hell is with Big Shot? And why does he look like Uncle Fester?
Anywho, Venom wins. Colossus is strong, but his fighting prowess is pretty lame. He has lost to Spider-Man plenty in the past and Venom will be far ore blood thirsty then he. Colossus is strong, but he has no way of actually defeating Venom, having no idea to what his weaknesses are. Venom will overwhelm him with the costume, webs, and drool till Colossus suffocates.

i would have to go with venom, it is very fast and also strong, he has been able to fight the juggernaut, now colossus it tuff and very strong also, but i don't think he would be able to take venom out hes too powerfull. so the winner would be venom

Colossus, he is metal, what or who (beyond Wolverine, Magneto, Polaris, Scarlet Witch, The Phoenix, and Magik) could beat that? Not a lot of people can.

venom. only way to win is against sonics and intense fire and Colossus cant do either.

I say Collosus. If he knows one of the symboits weaknesses ahead then he could use something that made a huge noise and manage to beat him. Not to mention when in metal he can withstand any kinds of tempature. But another of the symboits weakness is fire so he could lead him to a place with a fire. Or Venom uses a web to try and trip him with his leg or arm but Collosus takes hold of it yanks towards him catches him and then could try to break his neck or both of his arms.
