Learn more than she knows (which may not be as hard as you think) and then she'll be on the defensive.
I once had a teacher dismissed by the school, when I proved that he didn't know the subject he was teaching (Math).

i know it would be very hard to do, but suck up to her as much as you can and try to act like you mean it. like drop by her place when you don't have to and ask if you can help with anything.

i remembered when i went to school a whole period early on final's week by accident. i dropped by my spanish teacher's room and helped her with a lot of stuff. i got a 95 in spanish :)

You don't have to depend on your teacher to get good grades. Study for your future, not for her!

Maybe get your parents to help you with the subject.
