Cause if you dont wear the very tight kind of underwear, your shorts or pants can go up in there (in the dark a s s region) and that really sucks for a guy.
And it confines the penis in place every morning.

So u can cover up your stuff. And if u don't have on a belt and u sit down ur crack doesn't show. i would rather see underwear than someones crack.

So there crack dosnt show if there pants fall down. and so if u piss it dosnt go all the way through LOL. and also zippers hurt for men :)
