here are some facts that will help you out;
if you're looking for weightloss be aware that muscle ways more than fat.
swimming is great for lossing weight, even start a few whirlpools.
eating food that is starchy isnt that good, so aim for foods that are healthy.
V8 splash (the smoothies are a little easier to drink) is very good at trimming down. Cut it with some water and add crushed vitamins. this will fill you up.
running is good at toning, but be aware that it is hard on the knees, especially on pavement.

Wear a really tight belt. It's actually very stylish right about now to wear a tight belt just under the boobs.

try crunches and use hula hoops and work your obliques by turning your torso when you crunch. try pilates!!!
