and if you do a test about 2 days before you are to have your period and the test comes out negative and you don't have your period then what else could be the cause???? actually, he came on my butt and stupid me at the time didn't think he was tooo close in the proximity so when it was flowing everywhere and distgustingly on the floor at that point I figured I wonder if you can get pregnant this way even though it's not the "normal" way. Today is the day I am supposed to have my period and it hasn't happened yet I am usually a 28 day person. the sexual act happened on the 20th of July and yes it was 12 days after July 9th which was the last day of my period. I am just confused about the pregnancy test being negative which is a good thing actually a great thing right now because I have too much to bear and yes I do know stress can make a person late also. If someone can at least help me understand this whole happy thoughts then it would be wonderful.

Yes it is possible to get pregnant if the man pulls out. those little buggers are great swimmers. some women can even get pregnant on the mens pre ejaculate. A woman's ovulation period is usually 10-15 days after the start of her period. So you were probably ovulating when you had intercourse. If you don't start your period with in the next day or so I would recommend that you go to the Dr. and have him/her give you a blood pregnancy test. Most pregnancy tests will not be accurate until your body had produced enough of the pregnancy hormone for the test to detect. hope this is helpful.

It's possible, if even one sperm manages to get inside of you, but extremely unlikely. And the negative pregnancy test seems to confirm that you aren't, although sounds like you took the test a little early. Most likely reason for not getting your period yet is stress, or something else that has nothing to do with this. If you don't get it in a week or so, probably worth checking with your doctor.

Good luck.

Yes, you can get pregnant if semen comes in contact with your vulva. It is 'normal' to get pregnant that way...not all women enjoy intercourse.

If you want, take another pregnancy test. Your period may be late due to stress, and menstrual cycles have a habit of changing completely!
