The best thing to do is to get a binder with the protective clear cover. That way, you can "draw", print/create designs using paint, cut & paste, etc. and print the images on normal computer or construction/decorated paper and slide it in and change it whenever.

Make the page like a scrapbook. Use a colorful background and make a collage about yourself or pictures of family and friends. Cut the edges and crumble some paper, make it look vintage. I think some flower petals will also be nice=). Then just stick that page in your binder.

This is what you do. Buy a big bag of candy (tootsie rolls look the coolest) and flatten all the wrappers. Glue the wrappers on a piece of paper side by side and cover the entire page (if it doesn't fit, then cut the paper NOT the wrappers). Once the glue dries, slip the piece of paper into your binder.
It looks awesome!!

When I was in middle school I got plain black binders and some glow in the dark stars (the ones you are supposed to put on your ceiling) and I glued them on there. It looked pretty cool.

On my binder (this is black) I have been given an eternal marker this is silver, and drew loads of doodles throughout mine, like end signs and indications, skateboard emblems, a guitar, polka dots, stars...in basic terms a gaggle of stuff. I even have like little action picture star stickers throughout it, and a pair super stickers, a nasa decal and a band decal...in basic terms regardless of says u, u understand? Like in the experience that your a girly lady, draw flowers...or regardless of girly ladies are into. and in the experience that your a punkish lady (like me) in basic terms draw insane stuff that doesnt make experience. thats what i did besides! lol.

Draw on it. If it for a specific class, decorate it with things related to that class.

well buy some cool stickers. What i do is i draw on my binder with a marker. I draw like band logos and stuff like that.

Get contruction paper and cut out stars and 'layer' them on your binder.Looks awesome.And add a pic of Orlando Bloom too!lol j/k

you could buy an already decorated binder.stick cutouts of pictures of family and/or friends...make up your own logo and other little pictures.put stickers with designs all over.
