You really need a protein spot remover, but you can soak it in cold water then rinse, If that don't remove it all Sprinkle the stain with Oxiclean and let set about an hour. That should take it all out.
Good Luck

OXICLEAN! Put the clothing in sink, fill sink with some cold water, sprinkle powder directly on stain. Let soak. Check stain in about an hour. Fresh or small stains will usually be completely gone. If not, soak longer. The oxiclean will not harm or bleach any clothing, even if you let soak overnight. (My son gave me plenty of opportunities to find something that works!)

Thoroughly spray the stain with Oxyclean, then soak the garment in cold water. Follow up with another spray of Oxyclean, and then a cold water wash with chlorine bleach. If you're trying to obscure a crime, be aware that the cops will still know you dunnit! ::wink, wink!::

definitely peroxide. It breaks down the iron in blood or something like that. It works better than anything else

Which ever way you choose to clean.....what ever you do....DO NOT dry the article till the stain is completely gone. A dryer sets the stain permanently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
