absolutely! It is a short stretch of road that really does appear to be contradictory! I am a parent, and take the kids every summer when we are down the Ayrshire coast and I still cant see the optical illusion!
Even walking along it when u think you are going downhill, you feel the pull of gravity as u are actually ascending.
I honestly dont know what causes it, and I have looked to see how the land lies around this road, but cant figure it out!

EVERYONE - a challenge. Visit the electric brae and see for urself!!

I just wanted to tell you that TheStellarProject is right about what he said. It is a long informative answer. Going to Greenhills would mean, traffic so more expensive cab rates, if you are going to spend thousands of pesos, then maybe it would compensate to your expensive ride. I won't recommend buying second class shirts, especially pirated ones, go for the originals, Landmark, SM, Metrowalk has good shirts, they are not fake. Greenhills is infested already with holduppers, snatchers, beggars, "budol budol" gang, lots of them... Scary. But they've got good restaurants around, but there's not much difference from Glorietta and Greenbelt. What is important to me is the place I would want to visit, if you are exchanging cellphones to a new ones, then Greenhills is a place to go. Although most malls now has this site for techy people where a lot of cellphones and gadgets can be found.

I've never heard of the Hill, but you might get a kick out of Mystery Spot, here in Northern California. It sounds like a similar thing, whether it's a true phenomenon or a hoax. When you visit the website (after choosing English as your language), be sure to click the "Menu" ball in the upper left -- at first I didn't notice it said "Menu" and I wondered how I was supposed to navigate the website!

Ok if you are nearby but definetly not worth a special trip although there are lots of other things to do in that area. Glasgow is not far away (45mins) and there is Culzean Castle,Ayr,Kilmarnock,Robert Burns house and at least one top class A+E dept.

Been there. It's weird, but it's all an optical illusion. Probably not worth going out of your way for, but if you're in the area, yeah, sure.

Well you don't really roll uphill its just an illusion. If your friends don't know about it though its good to freak them out with. I wouldn'ttravel too far just to do it though.
