OK I've got it, and I pick music! J.S. Bach is arguably the composer who has done the most for music. His music changed the world with it's brilliance and it's joy. More than any single composer, he has influenced generations of musicians and composers after him. There is just nothing like the perfection of the Brandenburg Concertii, the B Minor Mass, the Well Tempered Klavier, English Suites, Lute Suites, Violin and Cello Partitas, and on and on. Everyone studies Bach. Bach is our Bible!!! (A common saying in Classical Music conservatories.)
