Shockwave.com back in 1999/2000 when I first started using the Internet...... back then it still had fancy animated greeting cards, SOUTH PARK clips + animated menus....... funny how now that people's internet connection speeds have gotten faster since then, that site's become less & less fancy than it was then.

These days the official MUPPETS website at http://muppets.go.com is about the only site these days I can find that reaches similar levels of coolness.

http://www.vryork.com/ is good for QuickTime VR views of Yorkshire's best City....... and I suppose http://www.earthcam.com ain't bad either for viewing various places around the world without getting off your butt.

http://www.peroxide.dk/ultima.shtml - has a pretty spectacular demo of an abandonned game project.
