Depends what you mean by 'most dangerous'.
If you mean 'dangerous' as in 'causes the most fatalities', then the answer is the Anopheles mosquito. It's the main vector of malaria, which means they have probably been responsible for around HALF of all human deaths (excluding wars and accidents) since the Stone Age, and still kill about 1 million people a year worldwide.
(To put that in perspective, snakes take about 125,000 lives worldwide annually.)
If you mean 'dangerous' as in 'mano a mano', there isn't really a good answer to that. A great white can kill you with a single bite, in theory, but an enraged hippo or bull African elephant could do their work in seconds, as well. (The hippo's 'strike rate' is better than both lions and tigers, BTW).
Of the less 'violent' killers, a stonefish or box jellyfish sting, or a bite from a taipan or sea snake is highly likely to be fatal if no antidote is within reach fast.
Take your pick.
Me, I'm still with the guys who said 'humans', frankly ; )

Hippos in Africa. But in North America, deer kill more people than all other animals put together because there are so many road accidents in which they cause. In the sea, one of the most dangerous is the Portugese man of war.
