I think foster children are just like any other child and they just want and need someone to love them it is just that most of them were dealt a bad hand of cards and have had to live lives full of abuse and neglect and never had anyone around to hug them or tell them they are special. People who take in foster kids are mostly decent caring people who want to make a difference although there are still some out there who did it for the money and add on to these childrens years of abuse

What's to think about? If you love kids, and have none, then go for it! Foster kids need love, and protection too!

It was easy for us bec they were friends of our own children. 3 diff kids with bad parents who didn't want them. There were probs, but we all worked them out. The biggest prob was that our son got involved w one of the girls and our daughter got involved w the boy. So 5 teens in the house & 4 of them dating each other. But it all worked out. We had them thru puberty and drivers training, and we all had a good time.
