I don't know where you live, but if you live in an area where you can get Revol, I recommend it!

I love my Revol phone and service. No plan, no contract, no overages, no credit check, unlimited minutes, text messages, and picture mail 24/7, all for about 50 bucks a month.

If you mean pay as you go then try Virgin mobile. The phones are cheap and you can pay as little as $20 for 90 days of usage. Not many minutes, but if you are just using it a bit...it works out great. I've used them for over a year and it's great. Less than 7$ a month is a sweet deal for me. It's about 25 cent per minute, so the $20 buys you 80 minutes to use over the course of 90 days.

You can buy those cell phones (like Wal-Mart or K-Mart) where you buy your minutes. When your minutes run low, you just buy more minutes. I don't know the prices, but you aren't in any contract like Verizon, Sprint, Nextel, or Cingular.

Virgin Mobile has a phone for $20.00. You have to buy the cards to prepay for minutes. No plan necessary.
