He never has any money on him and leaves his wallet at home he is to proud to borrow money of his friends... So i dont really know what to do

The envolope had some one elise name on along with the amount of rent, food he doesnt get bonus

There's logical reasons for having money. The job could of handed out a cash bonus. My job does once a month and the $$ amount is always written on the envelope.

He could of gotten it from a friend. There is really no way to tell unless your other half tells you that he is stealing from the company (hospital where he works) Best thing to do is just to ignore it. There could be a logical reason on why he has that money.
