i want to pleasure my guy with my hand but its kinda awkward when we try it, its hard (no pun) to find a position so that my hand can move up and down easily without being at a weird angle.
does anyone know a position that works?

All kinds of positions, and use mineral oil, (baby oil without the perfume, some are allergic) makes it very easy to do in just about any position. Personally I like to kneel in front and use both hands, very erotic, but I usually get to excited (and greedy) so sometimes the plans change and I get in on the act in a totally different role. It's been so long I've almost forgotten myself how to do this. There are so many ways. Here are some of them that I hope to try out again in a couple of months:
1. Stand facing each other. While passionately kissing each other use one hand to caress his face, body, etc, and the other stroking him up and down as if you are almost pulling his penis up.
2. Have him lie on the bed on his back, and sit overtop him while jerking him off with one hand and leaning over to kiss him with the rest of your body.
3. Either he stands or sits, and you kneel before him and start jerking him off that way.
4. Stand behind him while he is standing, or sit behind him while he is sitting, have your breasts pressed against his back, kiss his neck, ears and anywhere else you can while your other hand reaches around him and is jerking him off at the same time.

Let him lie on his back and you kneel in between his legs. With this position you can give him pleasure with your hand and your mouth. Try switching from mouth to hand. This will keep him and your hands nice and lubricated. And he will really enjoy the view of your back side.
