i mean in a plane or do they ban you from flying because its dangerous for your health....

yes but get checked out by your g.p first and also let the passenger agent know at check in

There should be no problem with flying, but it depends why you needed the pacemaker in the first place. Consult whoever arranged for it to be fitted.
Getiing through airport security is more of a problem.
