Do you like their older more funk/rap rock stuff or their newer stuff starting with Californication and up?

I like the new songs...those with John Frusciante. I like the new funk/rap songs by them like tell me baby or dani california, but not that much their old stuff...they were quite a little weirdd sometimes...(with the exception of songs like give it away or under the bridge) well, if you talk about how they are in general...THEY ARE THE BEST BAND EVER!!

i like a mix of their older and newer stuff. californication is my favorite chili pepper song though.

Old stuff. Nothing can top Under the Bridge or Give it Away now. Or Breaking the Girl! Great songs. They remind me of Tori Amos in that way. For me, nothing tops her first album Little Earthquakes. It had so much meaning for me growing up with strict Christian parents.
