You are a married man that is already cheating on his wife, plus the woman that you are seeing is cheating on her husband. That is not fair to your wife and not fair to her husband.
If you want to be with her, then get a divorce from your wife and she needs to get a divorce from her husband and then you both can have each other. How do you know that she is not going to end up cheating on you after that.
You had better just cut it off with her right now, even though you have already cheated on your wife, and hope to goodness that your wife don't find out about it. She is just apt to divorce you when she finds out and I can't blame her if she does.
My motto: Don't say or do anything that you wouldn't say or do in front of your mate.

Hire a lawyer and sue the company and the boss personally for sexual harrassment. Start keeping notes about the goings on, and be as detailed as possible.
Get yourself transferred to another department until you get a big fat settlement and then quit that raunchy job and move away with your wife to some other city.
Aside from the fact that you would even entertain something that could blow your marriage apart, it is ILLEGAL for the boss to put you in this situation because there is NO WAY that anyone will ever know what motives you have in allowing it, whether it be a welcome flirtation from a younger woman to a legitimate fear of losing your job if you rebuff her advances.
In the meantime, tell your wife what it going on, and next time your boss calls, tell your wife to give her what for. Don't mention a lawyer or any kind of complaint because then they will look for reason to axe you.
Now get after it before you wind up divorced.

I see there is a disaster just around the corner. If you have accepted those gifts, then you have accepted her advances. You should have stopped her right off the bat, and told her you love your wife and want to keep your relationship professional. You only have 2 choices left, face her, tell her your relationship is strictly professional or quit.
If you plan on leaving your wife, thats another story, but so far you are both unfaithful, you and the boss.. You will never trust each other.

Don't fall for it and remember that you have a good wife at home. So you don't want to jeopardize your marriage over an office fling. You can't let this continue if you value your relationship with your wife. So tell her the gifts are nice but you can't accept them. Just stay away from being alone with her for a long period if it has nothing to do with work.
