I recommend using a 50-50 mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water for your ear-lobes...at least 1-2 days until your ears get better

Do you mean hard bumps inside your ear lobes near the holes for your earings? It's probably scar tissue from where they pierced your ears.

If you have had ear piercing, they could be keloids--an overgrowth of scar tissue that sometimes forms at the site of surgery or injury. They can sometimes be removed. See a dermatologist.

I am not sure what u mean by "rocks"
If you mean u have lumps that feel like rocks, it may be scar tissue.
The other diagnosis might be small sebacceous cysts.
Probably nothing to worry about, but if you are see ur doc!

it sounds nasty. it might be an infection from the earings. you should remove them and get others that are made of sterling silver, gold, regular silver, or platinum. and once you remove then clean your earlobe with alcohol and a cotton ball or a tissue paper.
